Steps:

• 1. Upon walking the grounds with customers Jeff provides a detailed estimate listing the work needed for each separate area of the space being landscaped.
• 2. Landscaping estimates are emailed or hand-delivered.
• 3. There is a 30% substantial completion payment and 30% upon final completion.
• 4. Once the quote is accepted and the job has commenced any additional requests not outlined in the quote are paid upfront or completed after the original work order is completed and paid in full.
